THE SITUATION
Snap Fitness reached out to Do Good Events to help manage their 2025 Americas Summit in Phoenix, Arizona. With over 400 franchise owners and team members attending from across North America—and the event being planned from out of state—there were significant logistical challenges to solve. From vendor coordination and registration systems to rooming lists and onsite support, the event required detailed planning and expert execution.
THE SUCCESS
The multi-day summit delivered an energizing, seamless experience for all involved. Attendees participated in engaging learning sessions, explored hands-on product showcases, and connected with nearly 30 industry partners in a bustling Vendor Village. Thanks to strategic communication and coordination, Do Good Events ensured every detail was handled—allowing Snap Fitness to celebrate its franchisees and strengthen its vibrant community.
