THE SITUATION

Hosting a traveling food and beverage festival for 2,000 plus attendees is no small feat. Do Good Events was called into action when event organizers needed day of help managing 70 plus food and beverage vendors spaced throughout CHS field.

THE SUCCESS

Do Good Events was able to provide event managers to help manage vendors from set-up to tear down. With over 55,768 steps walked, the day was a massive success, leaving vendors and guests happy. Do Good Events has been enlisted for support at 3 Bacon and Beer Classics- two in St. Paul and one in New York City!

I wanted to thank you for being such an amazing crew this weekend! As you know, this was unlike any event day we've ever had. Thank you all for your willingness to jump in and do whatever was needed from the moment you arrived. It is such a relief when you know you have reliable, capable staff on-site, and that is exactly how I felt with each of you. I did not have to wonder for a second if you were doing your job. You just get it! I knew that I could ask any of you to take care of anything, and it was done! You were all incredible and you helped us to turn our crazy, stressful morning into a fun and successful event! Please know how much we appreciate you working your butts off and on top of that, extending your workday. You are all rockstars and we can't wait to see you again next year!
