  • Which social media platforms can you utilize effectively?
    • Hashtags broaden your audience
      • Look up hashtags related to your cause
      • Create a specific tag for your event
    • Use video content and photos from past years or current work
  • How can people get involved before the event?
    • Selling raffle tickets
    • Donating to the cause
  • Who can help get the word out?
    • Local notables
      • Consider local celebrity endorsements
      • Book a band or emcee with a following
    • Volunteers, ambassadors
      • Each person within your organization should invite their networks
      • Equip those who are already passionate about your nonprofit with marketing materials
    • Vendors and Sponsors
